1. Service Agreement
Automotive Affection provides mobile auto detailing services to customers. Upon booking, you agree to our pricing, service scope, and policies as outlined in this document.

2. Booking and Cancellations
Booking: All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions.
Cancellation: We ask that cancellations and changes be made from at least a day.

3. Payments
Full Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of services. Customers can also choose to pay before the service

4. Liability and Damage
Vehicle Condition: Automotive Affection will make every effort to provide high-quality service; however, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle. It is your responsibility to disclose any issues that may impact the detailing process.
Service Limitations: Our services are designed to improve the appearance of your vehicle but may not fix significant wear, extreme deep scratches, or damage.

5. Customer Obligations
Vehicle Access: Customers are responsible for ensuring we have adequate access to the vehicle at the agreed time. If we cannot access the vehicle, the appointment may be canceled, and a fee may apply.
Water and Electrical Access: To perform our detailing services, Automotive Affection requires a water tap and an electrical outlet within 15 meters of the vehicle's location. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure these resources are available at the time of service. If access to water and electricity is not provided, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment. -
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
